A short little walk in from the closest parking or a slightly hillier hike in from the other Francis King parking.
I first found this area about a year ago, when I saw a little trail and followed it to a clearing that someone had set up with sun beds, mailbox complete with suntan lotion and some other niceties. My wild and wooly pups have a great time in here. These are all gone now but the bird houses still remain. No bushwacking is required. If you’re pushing through bushes you’re not on the path.
