Geocache Description:

This Cache Honors singer/songwriter Jim Croce

James Joseph Croce (January 10, xxxx – September 20, 1973), popularly known as Jim Croce, was an American singer-songwriter.

Croce scored a handful of hit songs in the first of half of the '70s, but died in an airplane crash just as he was beginning to capitalize on his success. He is probably best remembered for the songs "Time in a Bottle" and "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown," both #1 hits in 1973. Jim was only 30 years old!(wikipedia)

Jim did not live long enough to see the song "I Got a Name"(Fox/Gimbel) used in the movie "The Last American Hero".

The cache is micro/small . You need the year Jim Croce was born to open the container. You must re-enter the code to latch the cover. Placed with permission where we buy caching supplies.

You are looking for a 10 button lock box, in a wooden box.
You will need to enter a 4 digit code.
Push each button till it clicks, then pull down on the top center button.
If you push the wrong botton (or if the lock won't open)
