Geocache Description:

Located on a part of the moors called Saddleborough, which I have driven past loads of time over the last twenty years, but never walked up onto. There are some old Bronze Age settlements and a stone row on the lower slopes. Spoinling the area is the extensive clay workings and huge mica dams. A few parking spaces along the road below, but I would recommend parking back towards the small village of Wotter (parking area @ N50deg 26min 31.1sec W004deg 02min 35.2sec) The walk from here is not too bad, just head up the hill and walk NE along the boundry of the quarry workings. Stunning views down into Plymouth Sound in the evening.
