It's up by Camp Wood on a trail that is not maintained with a big sign saying it's a primitive road.
It's in a fairly large ammo can, so can trade bigger items, under the usual pile of rocks. An extreme ATV ride or a nice hike. Not too far up the hill. But it's not at the bottom, of course.
