Roadside parking is available off Minisink Rd on the dirt shoulder or just above the uphill guardrail going west up from the marsh area. Keep right of the wet/stream area for easiest navigation. Uphill and possibly rocky depending upon approach.
This ammo can is hidden at the crest of a mountain stream that begins to cascade down flowing through a tumbled boulder field. There is an abondon RR bed that passes close by gz and used by hikers as well as quad riders so keep an eye out for passing mugglers. The ammo can is placed on a small ledge with a rock or two to keep it in place in high waters; please repeat. The stream may be just a trickle or could be a raging torrent depending upon seasonal rains. Area is a WMA so hunting is present. TQ
