This is not quite a drive up and not a lamp post. The cache is bigger than a 35 mm container and should be easy to see.
The Target site is approximately 15 acres in area. However, it was built in the Skokie river flood plain and storm water detention requirements would have limited the build able area of the site. So what is a business to do? How do you store thousands of gallons of river water- Well if you don't want your parking lot to be under water, raise the parking lot. The hike down will show another clever approach to storm water management. Hence- River Engineering #2
