This cache was placed for the 5th annual Hide & Go Cache, graciously hosted by VIGPS.com. Check out the website!
These coordinates will take you to a monument dedicated to the members of the Canadian Forces who have been decorated for valour.
I hope you have the time to visit the base museum (see link above), where you will find the Book of Valour, along with many other interesting stories and exhibits. You don't need a special pass or anything to get on the base to see the museum, just check in with the commissionaires at the Naden gate. You might even find some information there to help you with one of Ickster's caches... maybe!!
I don't know what I can say to make it fit with the Hide & Go Cache theme... other than I was ALIVE and wearing a WOOLY hat when I placed the cache... and there are WILD deer on the base! (It's not great, but it's the best I can do!)
