As a truck driver, I listen to more than my share of the news on the radio as I cover 700 miles a day. When I was pulling over to get 2 near by caches, I heard the talking heads talk about President Obama's new plans.
I thought, well, I'm here, I have an Exit Strategy that will work, Not in Iraq, but in Utah. My Exit Strategy is simple.. find an exit with a good cache location, and place one. This exit is a good example. There is a place you can get a truck turned around and not park on the off or on ramp.
Tonight I goggled Exit Strategy From Iraq, and came up with 2.6 million returns. so, you can either read someone elses plans or just use my Exit Strategy to add to your cache count... you pick...
