Geocache Description:

"http://s238.photobucket.com/albums/ff229/lyonden_ut/?action=view&current=pedro.jpg" target="_blank">Photobucket

Pedro, a transfer student from Juarez, Mexico, who won his run for
Class President against popluar Summer Wheatley, in Preston ID. Now
he is out of school, he has decided to run for Congress. In typical
Napoleon Dynamite style, he got messed up with which Congress he is
running for. So, stop by and cast your vote.

I have friends who live in the Congress area, and though they could
use one more cache in the area. It is a decon in a small tree, just
off of the cross roads. There is plenty of parking close by.

As with all caches in this area, plan ahead for any unexpected
muggles you might find living near by, and watch yourself in the
summer heat. Please bring something to write with.
