Geocache Description:

3rd Annual MARC Geocaching Bash being promoted by the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg.

This event will once again be held at the Municipal Activity and Recreation Complex in Dayspring, Nova Scotia, just outside of Bridgewater, overlooking the LaHave River.

The purpose of this event is to introduce new people to geocaching and to give them the experience of spending the afternoon out on the trails with experienced cachers from across the province.

Morning information sessions will be available with a variety of topics.(more info to be posted as it becomes available)

Event registration will be from 12-1 p.m.
Lunch will be available on site for a small fee.

Event begins at 1 p.m. and will include demo caches, geo-cacher bingo ( a great ice breaker), kids cache and some new ideas.

The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg is an avid supporter of geocaching as an equal recreational opportunity for everyone, having caches located in their parks throughout the county.
