Geocache Description:

One of a series of cache n' dashes situated on the A9. Bring a pencil!

The A9 Trunk Road runs from Edinburgh to Thurso and is the main highway to the Highlands. This series of caches is located at various points along its length and parking for each will be very apparent. Please do not attempt to park anywhere else and under no circumstances should you stop on the carriageway. The general direction you need to be travelling in order to attempt a cache is mentioned in the cache title. If you need to turn around, please do so at one of the main junctions. The caches are not suitable for dogs and children should be kept under strict supervision.

You're almost at the top of the Cairnie Braes now, with the old A9 about to merge from your left. At the top of the hill there are nice views down to your right, looking over towards Forteviot and Dunning.
