This is another cache placed along Astoria's Riverfront Walkway.
This cache is at one end of one of the bridges on the Riverwalk. It is a camoed bison tube. The nearest parking area is at the Maritime Memorial Park, though you can park at any parking area along the Riverwalk. It depends on how much you want to walk. When the trolly is running you can catch a ride from where ever you park.
The signs have disappeared, so I'm updating the hint again. I've updated the hint yet again.
Since the cache seems to be disappearing on a regular basis, I've moved it again. Apparently there is a homeless person living under the bridge. So don't look under the bridge. It is no longer on the bridge. It is now about 20' away to the east. I moved it again. This time it is about 10' to the north of the power pole. Updated the hint to reflect this.
