Geocache Description:

Despite the devastation of the storm, this is still a great quick escape near the heart of the city.

The hike to this awe-inspiring 300 year old tree will vary in distance depending on whether you start from Irving Street or the Astoria Column. The trail has been greatly repaired since the storms did so much damage. The cache is an ammo can and has a decent assortment of swag to start it out.
