When I moved to this area in 2004, my wife and I were looking at house in this new development Briggs Village. The plan for BV was to have a community comprised of residental homes, single family homes, lofts, condos and senior housing. It would be centered around a "Town Square" . Due to the housing boom and then bust only a handful of homes were built, the rest of the lots fell into foreclosure. I take Allie for her walks in the development. She like the empty lots so she can run and chase birds. I like it because it is close to the caching cave and is a nice walking area.
