The cache is placed is placed in a nice urban setting. There are no signs to give this place a name but there is nearby parking, two tennis courts and what appears to be a small dog play area.
Spotted this area from VRE as this place sits above the yellow line tunnel between the Eisenhower and King Street stations. So there are lots of tracks and horns.
Even though there are no signs I am going to suggest only sunrise to sunset seeking of the cache.
If you don't mind the noise from the trains, this is a nice place to sit for a bit.
From here, one can get several different views: south along the Yellow Line tracks back towards the Eisenhower Station; west along the Blue Line and railroad tracks; north towards the George Washington Masonic Temple.
Congratulations to Karo92 on the fast FTF!
