Geocache Description:

You will go round the lake while seeking six stages of this multicache. You will find coordinates of the next point at each intermediate stage.

Lake Deseda spans 8km long North from Kaposvár city. It was established by erecting a dam in 1975. At the beginning industrial utilization was planned, but nowadays it is solely a recreational lake. The lake is surrounded by forests and soil, there are several recreational activities available like: fishing, rent-a-boat, triathlon championships, beach and a bicycle road which goes around the lake. Also this is what you have to follow in order to find the points of this multicache.
There is abundant amount of information available such as accomodation, public transport, boat hire, sport facilities, etc. Should you come outside of Hungary, please, feel free to contact me.
