Geocache Description:

I wish I could walk here!

I've come by here zillions of times and always wondered why they don't open up this walkway to the public. It would be a safe place to ride your bike, go jogging, or just walk your dog.

But, the answer from EMWD(?) to the public is that it would be a hazard for people to be walking here. Even when it rains for days, the DRY river bed never fills up. So, what gives?

2/17/11 Update:
I changed the container today to a more waterproof one. I should have never used an Altoids tin to begin with. I also dropped off a TB for someone's pleasure.
