This cache is on a pathway that follows Hedges Creek with housing on either side. I wanted to include the terms voyeurism or scopophilia in the title because it's hard to avoid looking into people's windows, but the connotations there were undesirable. Stealth is required on this one because of the foot traffic, but also because the muggles in the houses might be spying on you.
