A TRIBUTE TO RUSS AND DANA of Kansas City, MO, whose “Travel Bug Terminal” has launched bunches of Travel Bugs for fiddlish’s tech classes.
Although this is designed to house Travel Bugs, there should also be enough room for regular trade items. Please remember that if you take a Travel Bug, you are morally obligated to move them along – please don’t toss them into your caching bag and forget about them.
This cache is located on private property, with permission from the owners. Rankin Aircraft is a private airfield in Maryville, and Mr. Joe and Mrs. Jo have taught thousands of students to fly, including fiddlish & reedman5's son, dflyboy.
Please be respectful of the location. Do not enter the well-marked Airport Ops Area, and please do not even consider stepping in Mrs. Jo’s rock gardens and flower beds. If you stop and think, the container should be pretty obvious.
Also, please don't try to remove the container from its resting place -- the tie-downs are stronger than they appear, and the container has already been damaged once.
In dry weather, the cache is accessible to wheelchairs, albeit over well-packed gravel.
