Coffee garden Traditional Cache

This cache is located near a cafe in the Sellwood neighborhood. It used to be my favorite coffee shop (Twin Paradox), but they went out of business in October 2011. Then a cafe opened here, but they went out of business in July 2013. Now a spice shop is here.
PLEASE NOTE: The difficulty rating is higher due to potential muggle activity, especially during nice weather when there are bound to be muggles hanging around outside here.
This cache has been placed with permission. There is no need to trample the garden to retrieve this cache.
