I denna första etapp på
Kvarnbäcksområdet
kommer kommunen att sälja 29 villatomter för
eget byggande.
Här är det möjligt att välja och
bygga sitt eget favorithus.
Tomtförsäljningen startar första kvartalet 2009
då tomterna är tillgängliga för att bebyggas.
Storleken på tomterna varierar mellan 700-
1100 kvm.
Intill bostadsgruppen kommer det att finnas
lekplats och bollplan. Slänterna och de gröna
dalgångarna bevaras för att ge utblickar i landskapet.
Vägtrafiken leds in på området från väg 13
genom en ny rondell. Säkra och attraktiva gång och
cykelstråk leder ner mot centrum.
Kommunen har även planer på en ny skola i den västra delen av Höör,
dock ligger det några år fram i tiden.

In this first part of the Kvarnbäck
area the council will sell 29 lots for private builds where you can
build a house of your choice.
The plots are up for sale as
of the first quarter of 2009 when they will be ready for building.
The size of the plots range from 700 to 1 100 square
metres.
Adjacent to the housing area
will be a playground and ball park. The slopes and green valleys
will be preserved to maintain the view of the landscape. Traffic
will access the area from road 13 via a new roundabout. Safe and
attractive pedestrian and cycling paths lead the way to the centre
of the village.
The council also plans a new school in the western
parts of Höör, but this is a few years down the
line.
