UPDATE: CACHE IS BEING DISABLED DUE TO Kntmans Death. Thank you all for the years of fun finds on this cache. Deb Summerrain Snider FINDING OUR SOLITUDE When Daniel Boone and his men reached the Kentucky River on April 1, 1775, they quickly moved to establish Kentucky's second settlement--the site still known as Fort Boonesborough. To many Americans, Boone remains the epitome of the free spirit of the wilderness. Therefore it is only natural that sites associated with his life be preserved and visited by those who revere his memory. We have spent many nights in this park and it is indeed the solitude that brings us all the way from Ohio. Please enjoy camping on the banks of the Kentucky River and exploring the park and all it has to offer. This is our first cache hide and we are surprised no one has hidden one here yet. This cache is located near Fort Boonesborough State Park Campground. Please take a look around and see what you can find. PLEASE REPLACE THIS CACHE EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT, THANKS!
