Geocache Description:

We use to go to NYC from here with the Water Taxi but the city ended service a few years ago. There's talk of starting up service again. The pedestrian gate is open during the daytime. There is on-street parking at the entrance. Sometimes the gates for vehicle traffic are CLOSED. If the vehicle gate is OPEN then you can park within 20' of the cache. GOOD LUCK & Enjoy the View!
