Die Günz ist ein rechter Nebenfluss der Donau in Bayern. Der ca. 55 km lange Fluss entsteht bei Lauben am Zusammenfluss der westlichen und der östlichen Günz. Diese beiden sind noch etwa 30 bzw. 35 km länger und entspringen westlich von Obergünzburg in der Gemeinde Untrasried (westliche Günz) bzw. südöstlich (östliche Günz) davon bei Günzach. Bei Günzburg mündet die Günz in die Donau. Die Günz hat ein Einzugsgebiet von 710 km².
The Günz is a river in Bavaria, Germany, right tributary of the Danube. It is formed near Lauben by the confluence of its two source rivers: the Östliche Günz (eastern Günz) and the Westliche Günz (western Günz). It is approx. 90 km long (including its eastern source river). It flows generally north through the small towns Babenhausen, Deisenhausen, Ichenhausen and Kötz. It flows into the Danube in Günzburg.
