Geocache Description:


This cache may not be the hardest to find, but it is certainly in a unique spot on the hwy. I’ve seen people walking out of the woods here carrying bows and I always wonder what’s back there.

The area is actually a public hunting area and it seems to be a popular one. When we stopped to place this cache we saw a man roll up in a new BMW. He wasted no time changing out of his button-up shirt, tie and trousers and into some Mossy Oak camo and hip waders. He shouldered his bow and headed off in the woods by himself. The whole time I was wondering where he was planning on putting the pig if he got one.

I hope that other people find this cache as interesting as I did. Feel free to log more information about this hunting reservation if you want. The posted sign tells a little about the place as well. Be sure to place the cache as you found it so it can stay dry and away from the muggles.
