This cache is two-step multi.
There is only paper to which coordinates of the final point are written in the first point cache.
When you go out of the Ikebukuro station north exit, the mystery tower is seen. This is a chimney of the Toshima cleaning factory.
The garbage of about 400 tons a day is processed in the Toshima cleaning factory, and the warm water is being offered to stripes as Power generation & The warm water to a nearby Toshima ward healthy plaza and nearby stripes is offered as remaining-heat use.

池袋駅北口から出ると謎の塔が見えると思います。これは豊島清掃工場の煙突です。
豊島清掃工場では一日に約400トンのゴミを処理し、余熱利用として発電や近くの豊島区立健康プラザとしまへの温水の提供を行っています。
キャッシュは2段マルチです。
ファーストポイントのキャッシュの中にはファイナルポイントの座標が書かれた紙のみ入っています。
