L’esistenza del Castello di Carimate è documentata dal 1149. L’edificio venne distrutto nel XIII secolo, durante la guerra tra Como e Milano, ma venne poi ricostruito nel 1345 dalla Famiglia Visconti che lo ribattezzò “La Cittadella”.
Adesso è sede di un albergo.
Arrivati allo step 1 contate le colonne basse 'C', ma solo quelle piatte!
Una breve passeggiata, costeggiando il campo da golf, vi condurrà al cache finale, un micro con solo il logbook e un sacchettino con del riso per deumidificare.

The existence of the Castle of Carimate is documented from 1149. The building came destroyed in XIII the century, during the war between Como and Milan, but it came then reconstructed in 1345 from the Visconti Family that renamed it “La Cittadella”.
Now it is center of a hotel.
Arrived to step the 1 counted the columns lowlands ' C' , but only those flat!
A short walk, near the field from golf will lead, you to the cache final, micro with solo logbook and a little bag with of the rice for deumidificare.
