A beautiful spot with a terrific view down the length of Anglezarke reservoir
I was out caching nearby recently and walked by this spot (as I have done many times before), I was struck by the view again, and it occurred to me that this would be a fantastic place for a cache.
Parking along the road may be available at N 53° 38.101 W 002° 34.624
Or; if you really MUST cache and dash there is parking for 1 at N 53° 38.328 W 002° 35.108
Sit a while and have yer sarnies....
Its views like this that make you realise that although we've got the Lake District almost on our doorstep; you don't necessarily have to go that far for stunning scenery.
