Geocache Description:

I think it's about time we had a cache out there just for trading geocoins!! (But also come by and sign the log)

I have seen plenty of TB Hotels and Jail caches, I think it's about time that the ever popular geocoin gets its's just dues.
This is a very EASY cache to do, and yes it's a dreaded residential cachethat I know everybody LOVES to do. This cache is pretty straightforward.
There are only a couple of rules that would like to ask of this cache....
1) This cache is only available from 8am -8pm.
2) In order to keep the well from going dry, I ask you be considerate andthat if you take a geocoin from the well, that you leave one inreturn. I think that is only fair.

The owner of the residence has given permission to place the cache here and says he hopes to meet some of the geocache people. I think this is a really neat idea and could possible bring some coins into the area and let people trade them for one they have never done.
The inital coords may be a little off due to the rainy day I took them on, but I think the "hiding spot" is very obvious!! ***If you can, if you take a coin, leave a coin but it is not required.!***
