Wasting Time Multi-Cache

While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been down for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Geocache Description:


This is a four stage multi-cache located on the Boulevard, overlooking the Mackinac Bridge (and John Doe, Seagul, and LookBack Islands).

Finding the containers at each stage should be relatively easy, but the fun (or some will say ANNOYING) part of each stage will be getting the coordinates out of the enclosed puzzle. Each container is located near the road and the FIRST TWO stages are equipped with a quick-release so you can bring the container to the car to solve the puzzle.(PLEASE BE SURE YOU RETURN ALL PARTS OF THE PUZZLE TO THE CONTAINER BEFORE REPLACING IT TO ITS ORIGINAL RESTING SPOT)

The first two stages will use the information below to find the numbers you need for the coordinates to the next stage (nothing needs to be solved at home, but be sure to bring all this info with you because you can't find the stages without it)...

STAGE 1 you will have to solve the puzzle and insert data below to find the coordinates to STAGE 2.

STAGE 2 you will have to solve the puzzle and insert data below to find the coordinates to STAGE 3.

STAGE 3 should be self-explanatory, but I ask you to be sure that you leave the puzzle EXACTLY as you found it before putting it back.

STAGE 4 has an explanation on the puzzle for you. I ask again that you leave the puzzle EXACTLY as you found it before putting it back.

TO CLAIM A FIND FOR THIS CACHE YOUR NAME MUST BE IN THE LOGBOOK AT STAGE 4 AND YOU HAVE TO TRUTHFULLY LOG ON THE COMPUTER HOW MANY TRIES IT TOOK TO FINISH STAGE 4 (OR IF YOU CHEATED). ALSO... IF YOU FIND THIS WITH A GROUP OF CACHERS THEN PLEASE LOG ON THE COMPUTER WHO SOLVED EACH STAGE.

FTF prize is lunch for one at a local establishment.
