Geocache Description:

Bison tube quick park and grab on Rt 66. A bygone time where you could pull up and watch a drive in movie. No steamed up windows these days!

This place is just a couple blocks off old Rt 66. We have a love affair with Rt 66 and have driven almost every alignment of it from Chicago to LA. We keep finding places we have not seen before and this is one of them. My good friend Danny grew up in El Reno so I asked him about it. It brought a sparkle to his eye as he told me about the Squaw drive-in. Seems he has some very fond memories of the place. Cache is not on private property so you do not need to enter it. This is easier than most of ours. We just wanted to share this cool bit of Rt 66 history with you.
