Located on the Kumbya peninsula which will need a vehicle to get to. If you are in the area everyone will know how to direct you there so it will not be difficult to find.
This is one of the few places on Lake Kivu that is not clear cut and is therefore a pristine environment for bird watching. The cache is a small plastic tube and you will have easy access to it once you arrive. It will be maintained by the local community that uses the peninsula regularly.
