Located on state land on a slight hill
The cache is located near the Finger Lakes Trail, near a dirt road that I take to work every day. There may be cars going by so be careful about muggles.
My kids and I have been looking for a cache location for a while now. One day on the way to work I happened to notice this tree and thought it looked unusual enough to have it be our first cache hiding place.
It is a short walk from the road and you can park around the big curve/fork in the road it is the start of a seasonal road. If you have time and like to hike it is a great walk down this old road.
There is an underwater theme but any items would be taken.
