The biggest challenge of this cache probably isn’t finding it
per se. The challenge will be trying to figure out how to get to
the park. It is one of those odd little places that you don’t
know is there unless you know it's there. Unless you have intimate
knowledge of this little intersection you might circle around a few
times before you get in the park. Enjoy the round trip and feel
free to sing “Ring Around the Rosie” while doing so.
This park was dedicated in memory of Richard
“Pop’s” Stroman, a motorcycle enthusiast and
community activist who passed away in 1995. It was and probably
still is a gathering place for many motorcycle events.
Some of you may remember this park from a previous cache that
was here. In my research on the place I saw that someone named
“Deo” had a cache here once before that was done by
many of you. This one is in a different location so feel free to
cache away!
Replacement is crucial. Please conceal in the same way you found
it or better.
First to find will get an unactivated Geocoin and a nickel that
still thinks it’s worth 5 cents. Stoopid nickel has never
been the same since it got squished and stamped with a geocaching
logo. You are looking for a Lock & Lock type container that is
large enough for numerous trade items and a log.
Please notify us immediately if this cache needs maintenance or
breaks in your hands (it happens to the best of us!)
Congratulations to benderbrodriquez & lagitana for being
the First to Find!
