It's my Dad's 60th on the 18th of April 2009 and to celebrate my family booked a weekend in Hawthorn Cottage, Mappleton. We used it as a base to walk to Ashbourne and visit the antique shops and to walk to Dovedale. The footpath the cache is on runs up the side of the cottage. Original contents were pencil, logbook, 2 new AA batteries and £5 off whsmith voucher.
