Just off of the Greenbelt, the difficulty is higher because of signal interference fro nearby structures.
The cache is a film canister with a log. Bring a writing stick because I don't think I left one in the container. I was in the area one day and decided to revive this golden oldie. There is a coin for the FTF, have fun!
