THE CACHE IS NOT LOCATED AT THE POSTED COORDS

A new puzzle was published and cachers arrived from Raleigh east to solve it and get the smiley. Although their skills varied, they knew that with your help they had what was necessary to succeed. Can you help ChucKremer, ecpirate, JackCacheNC, Tatortott, Hunster, SleightOwl, LambChops23, digiduckie, DewPoint52, becca27804, ww8ball, tennesseetater, ThunderT, bigstrick, and The Big Ugly find the prize? They're all winners. Second place is not good enough for them. Can you help them turn this around so that they get the smiley? They're counting on you.

Could not get the best readings on this one but it should be close. Do not go beyond the drop off.
