This cache is located in a large parking lot. It is away from most muggles. It is not quite wheelchair accessable. There is a $2 bill for the FTF!
This type of hide will be familiar to even the novice cacher who
has tried to cache in an urban area. However, this is a variation
on this familiar theme. You will quickly find a pen with the magic
ink. Use this to sign the log. The log and cache is NOT in the
baggie with the pen. You still have to put your hand on it. It's
nearby and not too difficult.
