Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a parking lot for the David Barber Civic Center and should be a quick grab & go. Although the lot is flat it is gravel which is why I rated it 1.5 for the terrain

The site used to be a restaurant years ago. There was also a bridge that crossed the river on the east side of the lot. There is no need to go over the hill or down to the river. The cache is not there. This is a small Lock&Lock container big enough for geocoins or small TB's. This area is a high traffic site but strategic parking will block the view of most of the muggles. There will be a un-registered TB dog tag for the FTF.
