Bluebells and Snowdrops Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Al & Tracy Smith: Unfortunately the cache has defiantly been muggled. No sign of the box or its contents anywhere in the vicinity so it hasn't been replaced in the wrong place. I've removed the hair band clue and ensured no geo litter has been left behind.

As the hiding place has clearly been compromised and TBs have gone missing sadly I think this cache/location has run its course, therefore I'm archiving it.

Thanks to everyone who visited and I hope you all enjoyed the location.

Geocache Description:

The “Plantation and Bluebell Field” is an area of woodland and grass meadow that used to belong to Uphill Manor, however, they are now owned by the “Woodland Trust” who have kindly given permission for the placement of this cache.
The cache, which is a 1 ltr camouflaged clip lock box (see spoiler photo if stuck), can be found by following one of the well defined footpaths through the woodland area. The recommended entrance is at N51 19.602 W002 58.774 as you get a good view of the “Bluebell Field” on your left so named for its fine display of spring flowers, particularly bluebells which carpet the field in springtime. It was also known locally as the Donkey Field when it became the retirement field for a donkey used on the Manor estate to pull a little hand cart. The donkey was everyone's pet and was buried in the field, later the field was also used to pasture beach donkeys from Weston-Super-Mare for a while.

Roadside parking available on Uphill Road South, close to the listed waypoint.

Note: Please ensure the cache is safely hidden as it has been relocated due to the original being muggled.
