It is
difficult to imagine anyone that doesn't have a favorite Star Wars
character after seeing even one of the movies. With the wide
variety of character traits present, there is a combination that
appeals to almost everyone. If we set aside our personal biases
regarding good and evil it is easy to see that the most memorable
characters have similar traits. Although most characters take many
different paths, all successful characters demonstrate that the
shortest path to their individual goals is a straight line;
characters that utilize a non-linear route to their completion are
lost and forgotten.
