This is a controlled area that will need a identification card for access. There was a cache in the same area before that was taken. Its a great spot for a cache that allows other cachers to tag on while in Kuwait. Its a magnetic keyholder that should be a no brainer for even the novice cacher. Bring your own writing tool. The container may be a little tight to open. This is a high traffic area so approach with care. Evening would be a good time since the traffic volume will be down and the area is well lighted.
