Geocache Description:

Old St. Lucie Boulevard is one of Stuarts well kept secrets. It is a winding road that follows the shoreline of the St. Lucie River from East Ocean Boulevard down to Port Salerno that usually doesn’t have a lot of traffic on it. Along it is also one of Stuarts Natural Wonders. I have always called it the Banyan Tunnel. Before the three hurricanes, you could not see up through it as you drove under the canopy. It still isn’t back to where it was but it’s getting there.

You will find this quick Park and Grab at one end of the tunnel. The cache is just another bonus to get you to this really cool location. I hope you enjoy this area as much as I do.

The cache is small so you will need to bring your own writing instrument. As always with caches along the road, Please watch out for the traffic.
