The cache is the second in a series of caches near a pretty and lightly used railway line from Northwich to Chester going through some lovely countryside.
The cache is very close to the start/end of the Whitegate Way. The path is a little muddy in the winter months.
If you have time, follow the bridleway for a few hundrend yards, there's some interesting countryside as you go along.
As we placed the cache in a nearby field a flock of Lapwings were calling out, it was quite charming.
The cache is not on forestry commission property.
It is a 140ml container, so could carry coins and very small TBs.
There is a number written on the front of the cache log, this will be used to find a "bonus Cache".
