Geocache Description:

This is a high muggle area... please exercise stealth, steaLTH, STEALTH! 7.17.12.

Hayesville, Ohio... The first settlers came to the area around 1817. In 1827 it was named Hayes Cross Roads, then renamed to Hayesville in 1830. The village has a total area of about .7 square miles, with about 350 residents.

Hayesville is home to the Hayesville Opera House which was built in 1886 and is still used today. Across the street is Kendig Park, with a playground, shelter house, war memorial and ball fields. Sit a spell and watch the kids play during ball season.

Picked up this cache from the TWC SEEDLINGS (GC18TKE) cache during the Six More Weeks of Winter Part II event put on by TWC Geocache Club. Cache container has log only. Please BYOP.
