"Symphonische Filmmusik? Kenn' ich nicht!"
Das antworten die meisten, wenn man sie auf Soundtracks oder besser gesagt symphonische Filmmusik anspricht.
Nahezu jeder schaut sich gerne Filme an. Doch obwohl Musik eines der wichtigsten und wirkungsvollsten Elemente im Film ist, ist den meisten die Welt der Filmmusik unbekannt. Und das, obwohl jeder schonmal aus dem Kino gekommen ist und die Musik des Filmes, den er gerade gesehen hat, vor sich hinsummte. Wer die Musik komponiert hat, ist vielen jedoch nicht bekannt.
Hier also ein Cache, bei dem es sich um Filmmusik dreht. Damit's nicht zu schwer wird haben wir Musik von recht bekannten Filmen gewählt.
Los geht's! Eine gute Gelegenheit, die Blockflöte auszupacken, sich mal wieder ans Piano zu setzen, die Gitarre zu zupfen oder schlichtweg zu summen. That's what most people answer when they are asked about soundtracks or - to be more precise - symphonic filmmusic.
Almost everyone likes to watch movies. But although music is one of the most important and effective elements in a movie, the world of filmmusic is unknown to most people - even though everyone has come out of a cinema at least once, humming the music of the movie they just watched. The composer of that music remains unknown to most of the audience.
Therefore, here's a cache dealing with filmmusic. We have chosen music from rather well known movies so that the whole thing won't be too difficult.
Let's go! A great opportunity to get out the recorder, play the piano again, hit a few chords on the guitar or simply hum. Those who cannot play any instrument may chose to whistle, search the Internet for "virtual piano" or (for all those boring people out there) fire up some MIDI-software...
