Geocache Description:

You are looking for a 4"x3" lock and lock container.

GDawgg grew up in this area of High Bridge and me not to far away. For years she has told me about this area that I never knew about. As a child she used to play man hunt in these woods. Crazy things we do as kids! Today I finally got to see the area. I can't believe I grew up 2 miles away and never knew.

Cache is near the old Taylor-Wharton factory. Cannonballs for the continental army were manufactored here back when High Bridge was an old steel town. The factory closed its doors in 1971

The cache is located off the Columbia Trail. Bush whacking will be needed to get to GZ, however most of the walk is done via the path. Access to the trail can be gained through Taylor Street, and best parking is most likely on Church Street. There are different options to get to the cache. the easiest is to follow the trail to the black gates. From there follow the natural path. There are also numerous other caches on this part of the trail... some very interesting I suggest going for them as well!

As with all my caches thus far titles and hints are inspired by my favorite artist Ani DiFranco and her lyrics.
