McMillan Road End Views: Both Good and Bad Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

-allenite-: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future (within 60 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a group of new hides intended to help lure cachers
out on May 2nd to the Duck Lake State Park's C.I.T.O. Event!

GC1MWRF C.I.T.O. Event

About the location:
Welcome to a little sneak-peak of Lake Michigan. This a public access that once permitted residents to walk down to the big lake. Access has been temporary limited due to erosion. I don't know the details, but this little strip of land is a fairly sensitive issue for some neighbors and the locals formerly permitted to use this path down to the water. There is evidence of the townships efforts to spruce the path to the dunes edge. However the unsitely fence and signs at the dunes edge are far from visually appealing.
Park hours are 8:00am-dusk all year around.

About the cache:
The cache is a pretty small cylindrical container camoed to fit into the surroundings, hidden in a typical way. Please return the cache as you found it.

What's the Challenge?
For some the challenge may be avoiding the Rooster's Big Bob Bacon Burger and a tasty beverage. This hide isn't too tough at all.

Cache is at the listed coordinates.
