Geocache Description:

The series was originally created by Waysters, now adopted by Orlando's Rat. Thank you, I hope I live up to your trust.

The Parish of Burpham is on an ancient Saxon site. This series is based around the village and in the surrounding countryside. Care should be taken as parts of the trail are along narrow country lanes. Wayster's friend, Julie, grew up in the village and has helped them create this series.

The recommended order for the caches in this series is Jacobs Ladder is a saxon hill fort. Look out for the cave in the chalk face along this part of the trail.

The cache is a small tin containing a log book and some swapsies. You will need a coin or screwdriver to open the tin which has been used as the container has been gnawed in the past. Suitable for small TB's and Geocoins
