Geocache Description:

The series was originally created by Waysters, now adopted by Orlando's Rat. Thank you, I hope I live up to your trust.

The Parish of Burpham is on an ancient Saxon site. This series is based around the village and in the surrounding countryside. Care should be taken as parts of the trail are along narrow country lanes. Wayster's friend, Julie, grew up in the village and has helped them create this series.

The recommended order for the caches in this series is Coombe Lane leads to the Leper’s Path over Perry’s Hill. This lane does seem to have an unusually high number of dead rabbits during certain times of the year so be prepared if you are sensitive.

There are some stiles to cross along the trail but there are ‘doggie gates’ for the four-legged cachers.

The cache is a small plastic pot containing a log book, pencil and some swapsies.
